Superb buffet breakfast. Even the ala carte dishes for lunch and dinner were exceptional, tasty and inexpensive. Staff were very courteous, the hotel is so underrated. It caters to everybody. Located away from the hustle and bustle but still within the vicinity of the busy streets for hangout. Easy to get grab or gojek. Staff, staff, staff......love them. Bed super comfy, i got family room with a tent in it - nice touch. Wifi excellent. Wished I had used the pool, but it looked great. Coming here next time with the family. HIGHLY recommended!

We stayed at Hotel Gaia during the Badminton Asia Junior Championship in Jogja on early July’24. Several badminton contingents from Asian countries stayed at the hotel because it was close to the event. Because of the hectic situation, it was a bit difficult to find an empty table during breakfast. Pros: - breakfast just ok, standard hotel - air conditioner cold, internet ok, wifi ok - the hotel serve several delicious coffee choices - fave drink: hot banana caramel latte - fave food: hainam chicken rice, ayam kemangi

Breakfast was delicious esp. Variety of nasi goreng, as well as sausages. Asin offer has indomie corner which ia very relevant and very popular though locals have it everyday at their home..this is smart. Ordered bakmi godog from restaurant (24h) and it was giod as well. Happy tummy! Hospitality from staff! Facilities and room is very comfortable. Full amenities.

We stayed at the family room, which was very convenient for us, family of 4 (2 teenagers) I love the layout and huge bathroom. It’s cleverly designed. Very modern. We love the toiletries and the bath salt was a great addition. Perfect for my daughter who loves bubble bath. The hotel location is great. Soto Kadipiro is just across the street 👍🏻 Price wise, it’s value for money.

We first visited Gaia Cosmo Hotel in August 2022 and were so impressed that when booking a return visit to Yogyakarta, it was the only hotel we considered. So, for our second visit, we enjoyed a 3 week stay in January 2024 and would like to thank them all for such a wonderful stay. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained, the service from all the staff was efficient and friendly and the dining options were excellent. During the daily housekeeping they restocked our room with tea, coffee, water, and bathroom supplies without having to request them, and there was a system in place for requesting for the bedding or the towels to be changed. They also arranged a couple of very kind and thoughtful touches; due to our long stay they sent a complimentary fruit plate to our room and offered us a complimentary lunch or dinner - both of which were gratefully received. We became somewhat familiar faces in the hotel and everyone was friendly and attentive, while we were walking out at the end of our stay all the staff in sight smiled and said goodbye as we walked past, which was particularly touching and a great finish to our wonderful stay. We look forward to returning to Yogyakarta at some point and to our third stay at Gaia Cosmo!

I really enjoyed the room with a comfy spacious bed. We also had a balcony which was fantastic (especially if you're a smoker). The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, people were so kind and went out of their own way to help or even open the door. Airco everywhere! By the way, the food on the menu is amazing and you get big portions. Don't be shy to try! Also please visit the rooftop bar. It's criminally underrated with great cocktails.

The location is strategic, the facilities also good. I also love their swimming pool, and also affordable. We stayed in family premium room with only 1.5 mil per night.

Fantastic hotel! Excellent service and staff. The day before I arrived at this hotel, I got an infection... 41-degree fever, and I felt extremely unwell. The staff was very helpful, brought food and water to our room, and even took us to a hospital for free, where one of the hotel employees stayed with us to bring us back. It's a shame I couldn't use all the facilities because I was so sick... but the hotel looks great and is very affordable. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I hope that if I'm in Yogyakarta again, I can stay here.

A coffee shop downstair is a must try. The hospitality of the staffs. The availability of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner.. A reasonable price of food in the resto. The family suites nice, spacious. Good location, easy to find the restaurant outside the hotel including convenience. Store even gas station is next to the holtel.
