GAIA Cosmo Hotel

We first visited Gaia Cosmo Hotel in August 2022 and were so impressed that when booking a return visit to Yogyakarta, it was the only hotel we considered. So, for our second visit, we enjoyed a 3 week stay in January 2024 and would like to thank them all for such a wonderful stay. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained, the service from all the staff was efficient and friendly and the dining options were excellent. During the daily housekeeping they restocked our room with tea, coffee, water, and bathroom supplies without having to request them, and there was a system in place for requesting for the bedding or the towels to be changed. They also arranged a couple of very kind and thoughtful touches; due to our long stay they sent a complimentary fruit plate to our room and offered us a complimentary lunch or dinner - both of which were gratefully received. We became somewhat familiar faces in the hotel and everyone was friendly and attentive, while we were walking out at the end of our stay all the staff in sight smiled and said goodbye as we walked past, which was particularly touching and a great finish to our wonderful stay. We look forward to returning to Yogyakarta at some point and to our third stay at Gaia Cosmo!
